Migraine is a severely limiting condition and I’m not just talking about the attacks. Yeah, I’m basically unable to work or do anything at all these days, but it also makes me stressed over my next possible attack. I don’t know when and what will trigger it and this just makes me feel anxious all the time. Moreover, it’s causing all my sleep problems. When my bf showed me this app, I was a little bit sceptical. But boy oh boy, it helped a lot. I took migraine under control and didn’t have an attack for 3.5 months already just by learning the triggers.

I was having problems with my stomach since my college years. It was either constipation or diarrhea and I was constantly worried about being near a toilet. It’s hard enough to live with that and the pain and it makes you feel really exhausted. You don’t eat properly, because food can aggravate IBS and you’re not sleeping too well too. A year ago my doctor recommended this app and I finally managed to find what food triggers my symptoms and I now know what diet is working for me.

About 3 years ago I started having back pains from time to time. At first, it wasn’t too much of discomfort, but then they started becoming more and more frequent and intense, reaching a level where I couldn’t sleep anymore, therefore, I was constantly feeling fatigued and couldn’t do too much work every day. I found my pain reliefs and managed to break the pain cycle. Have more energy to do my daily activities!
